MAITRI ran rural clinics attached to well-equipped laboratories. Each year, between 15,000 and 20,000 patients received treatment for various diseases. These services helped reduce healthcare disparities in underserved regions.

Through the RNTCP and collaboration with the District Tuberculosis Department, we offered DOTS-based treatment and awareness to control the spread of TB.

Anbagam Children's Village provided individual foster homes where children live under the care of trained foster mothers. With nurturing attention and structured routines, children thrive through education, outdoor games, and family-style living.
In 2012, the Tamil Nadu government introduced a compassionate initiative under the leadership of Hon’ble Chief Minister Selvi J. Jayalalitha, integrating care for children and elderly citizens in one shared living space.
